OUR VISION

Community Concepts positions itself so as to assist service organizations in identifying and acting upon day-to-day issues where consultative support would be of benefit.  We do not take the place of the property management company, legal counsel, or service provider; but, we do monitor their performance. We provide guidance and advice with respect to assuring tasks are identified tracked and reported upon; and, we can assess cost, resource utilization and span time to verify that the client’s directives are carried forward.  As a result we can predict issues and matters of concern before they become of the magnitude where additional expense would be necessary. As a result, we more than pay our own way in cost savings.

By using strategy techniques, coaching tools, on-site review and assessment, and conflict resolution protocols, we are able to minimize the negative impacts that so frequently create problems for the client.  Couple these capabilities with the methodologies we are able to bring to the client as described in the SCOPE Section above, we have the basis for creating a positive climate for the organizations we serve. As a non-profit, we have the ability to offer a dispassionate and unbiased approach to problem solving, while at the same time support the decision making responsibilities our client, both individual and organizational, face every day.   And, we have the tools at our disposal to augment that process.
